Бишкек шаарында жана Чүй облусунда тестирлөө 2008 жылдын 16 майынан – 18 майга чейин өткөрүлөт. Республикабыздын башка аймактарында тестирлөө 26 майдан – 31 майга чейин болуп өтөт. Тестирлөө кыргыз, орус жана өзбек тилдеринде өтөт.

WHO WE ARE?
Center for Educational Assessment and Teaching Methods is a nongovernmental educational organization established in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Rebublic “On Education” the law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On nongovernmental entities” and other legislative documents of the Kyrgyz Republic. CEATM is an independent testing organization founded by the American Councils for International Education (ACTR/ACCELS) with financial support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) to conduct a scientific research and objective educational assessment in Kyrgyzstan. The CEATM specialists received extensive training in USA and have large experience in test administration.

OUR MISSION

 To promote development of education in the Kyrgyz Republic and abroad through the conduct of scientific research and objective educational assessment, enhancing teaching methods and providing professional training and consulting services.

MAIN GOALS AND ACTIVITIES

 conducting different types of educational assessment in Kyrgyzstan and abroad (including development and administration of various standardized, multiple choice tests);
 Providing full organizational and technical support in all  assessment procedures in  educational testing;
 Improving  professional skills of teachers,  and other people involved in the sphere of teaching methods and assessment.
 Realization of fundamental and applied researches on assessment issues in education and  teaching methods.

OUR MAIN PRINCIPLES

 Honesty, transparensy, independence
 Coordination of reform in assessment with education reform as a whole- a systemic approach.
 Participation of leading Kyrgyzstani specialists from the education, business, political, and social sectors.
 Cooperation with the Ministry and other stakeholders at all levels.
 Recognition of our great responsibility for the quality of work.
